Spam mail as "exclusive-watch"

This message was sent form "Wobig Kittredge " at Wed, Feb 11, 2009 at 10:12 PM, mentioning the subject field as "Message Allert - You Have 1 Important Unread Message" on Gmail Account mentioning reply to "Wobig Kittredge ". But Gmail successfully find it as a spam mail and put it into spam box. The email looks like the following:
