Spam mail as "**2009 Winner**"

This message was sent form "NEW YEAR PROMO " at Thu, Jan 22, 2009 at 3:58 AM, mentioning the subject field as "**2009 Winner**" on Gmail Account mentioning reply to donaldwilson009@uknational-board.co.uk.tt. But Gmail successfully find it as a spam mail and put it into spam box. The email looks like the following:
